Reference by Dr. h.c. Hans Räber

Since many years the photo archives of Eva-Maria Krämer have been my most valuable source when I needed photos for my books and other publications. Her photography is professional, not only in technical but also from breed points of view. Eva-Maria Krämer, author of the beststeller book KOSMOS Hundeführer which was recently published in its 4th edition knows how to present a pedigree dog with its typical expression to the viewer.

In her archives there are not only images of recognized breeds but also of old and never recognized working dogs as well as not yet well known new creations.

Dr. h.c. Räber long time editor of the official magazine of the Swiss Kennel Club, stud book director, member of the FCI Standard commission, show judge and successful breeder wrote several standard works on dogs like "Brevier neuzeitlicher Hundezucht" (on breeding of dogs), "Die Schweizer Hunderassen" (Native Swiss breeds), "Schnauzer-Pinscher" and above all his life-work "Enzyklopädie der Hunderassen" with 1,680 pages and 2,378 illustrations, amongst them hundreds of photos by Eva-Maria Krämer. Further books are "Mit Hunden leben", "Vom Torfhund zum heutigen Rassehund" and "Vom Wolf zum Rassehund".
